The Dunklin R-5 School District seeks enthusiastic and student-centered individuals to fill full-time Bus Driver positions. To be successful in this role, applicants must be willing to undergo training and obtain a Class B CDL with a School Bus endorsement.

  • A Class B CDL is required; the district will provide training for the driving portion of the test.
  • Applicants must pass a written permit test for the Class B CDL and undergo a pre-employment drug screening.
  • The district will pay for the driving portion of the CDL test.
  • Background checks, including FBI and Family Care Safety Registry checks, are required.

Starting salary is commensurate with education and experience ($17.43 - $20.49). The district offers a comprehensive benefits package, including district-paid health, life, and dental insurance, as well as optional supplemental insurance plans and retirement plans.
