Position Overview: This position will be dedicated to working closely with customers and internal departments to meet our customer’s needs. This role interacts with customers relative to the quoting of products, placement of orders, pricing, deliveries, complaints, and technical recommendations. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Managing a portfolio of accountsProcessing and expediting ordersQuoting, including CAD layouts and specsEstablishing and maintaining new sales programsManaging finished goods inventoryHandling complaints and quality concernsCoordinating timely deliveriesEducating new customers on our business Qualifications: Commitment to providing outstanding customer serviceAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a team atmosphereHigh attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsStrong communication skillsPrior customer service experience is a plus, but no experience requiredAbility to problem solve independently Compensation & Benefits: In addition to a competitive wage, we offer a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, free health clinics, life insurance ,401(k) wiith company match, and onsite fitness center.
