Strategic Marketing/Brand Manager

We are looking for a strategic marketer / brand manager to help grow our brands, which include X-Vision Optics, SPACE Trailers, Elektro Assemblies and TriOx. The different brands are unique in their industry and serve a wide range of customers all around the United States and globally. This resource will be in charged with developing a plan, resourcing to achieve that plan and delivering the plan as it relates to four specific and unique brands. The role will work with and direct activities of the internal marketing shared services group and leverage outside service providers such as agencies and selected specialists to deliver annual operating plans / budgets for each operating company.

Accountable for:

Brand Strategy - develop and deliver (Value Creation)

Marketing plan to deliver the brand strategy.

Marketing budget development and management - own results

Marketing Service provider selections and management

Resource plan to deliver the brand strategy - to include:

Skills and qualifications - job descriptions / accountabilities

Recruit, vet, hire, grow and develop.

Manage the assigned: team, objectives, and accountabilities.

Qualifications:

"Must be a hands-on doer" this role is not an administrative overhead role. This individual will have to not only develop the plan but actively work with the team to help in executing and delivering the plan.

Minimum 5-7 years in a marketing leadership role managing a team and outside service providers.

A formal education in marketing (4-year degree in marketing)

A proven history of successfully growing a brand and building brand equity / value creation.

Strong business acumen - proven record of managing a budget and service provider contracts that resulted in solid ROI's.
