Position Summary:

Manages and coordinates talent organization or department operation strategies and activities. Support various talent initiatives, processes, and special HR projects across our organization. Collaborates in the development and implementation of organization policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of goals.

Position Responsibilities:

Collaborates with development of TA processes and improvements across all company sites
Manages training and development of our ATS Systems for recruiting teams
Assigns, or delegates responsibility for, specified work or functional activities and disseminates policies and objectives to supervisors/staff..
Gives work direction, resolves problems, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
Evaluates current procedures and practices for accomplishing talent objectives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices.
Ensures adequate training of staff and employee compliance to organization's policies and practices.
Support the execution and reporting of TA technology projects, such as system implementations and vendor selection and management
Prepares reports and records on department activities for management.
Ensure effective documentation and communication of Talent Acquisition processes and workflows
Supports the collaboration with employer branding initiatives to attract a diversified candidate talent pool
Identify risks, evaluate options, recommend approaches and mitigations to realize full potential of ATS
Manage vendor relationships for TA purchased products including but not limited to our ATS, CRM, assessment platforms, and job posting vendors
Ensure the operational and administrative processes, procedures and documents are updated and in line with company policies

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

ATS and Workday Experience Preferred
Ability to solve complex problems along with innovative solutions
Strong leadership capabilities multi-tasker and handles pressure well
Demonstrates exceptional presentation ability, including written and oral to all levels of management
Experience leading and coordinating teams across multiple sites, functional areas and time zones
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Management, or related experience

Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in a management position
