PE, LEED AP.

As key members of the Mechanical Engineering service, they work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop creative solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of professional HVAC and Plumbing design experience.
Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to be licensed.
Strong communication, report writing, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of the design standards and codes for vertical infrastructure design.
A high level of technical and organizational skill accompanied by strong oral and written communication.
Ability to organize and handle multiple project assignments.
Ability to collaborate and coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams
Working knowledge of software (AutoCAD MEP, Trane Trace, BlueBeam, Speclink, Microsoft Office), Revit MEP preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Subscribe to ISG culture, goals and objectives including geographic and project-type diversity.
Become a complementary member of our team.
Mentor less experienced team members and continue to recruit to bolster team.
Plan, produce and quality control design and documentation.
Design and specification of HVAC and plumbing systems.
Be responsible for production of construction documents and administration for projects.
Evaluation of existing mechanical and plumbing systems.
Report preparation and presentation to clients.
Client meetings.
Project development and project management.
Coordination of staffing needs for projects.
Coordination with design and drafting staff for production deadlines and quality assurance.
