Client is a well established Mortgage Company located in Santa Ana, CA. Candidate should have strong knowledge of the Mortgage, Financial Services and/or Accounting Systems. Job Description This position will plan and manage medium-to-large sized projects of moderate to high complexity, and to ensure project results contribute positive business value and meet agreed on scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives. Skills and Abilities Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong Interpersonal skills, including the ability to create effective presentations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients Strong meeting facilitation and negotiation skills Strong business judgment Ability to direct the work of others Ability to work in a team environment Ability to navigate and utilize related software for project delivery Qualifications 5 years in managing information technology projects, or equivalent, required 5 years of previous experience working with technical applications and/or information systems Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods, required In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project planning tools required General supervisory experience preferred Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred but not required Lending Industry experience is required. Preferably recent.
