We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple projects independently. Job Description The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle for integration initiatives involving external partners, primarily using the waterfall methodology. Responsibilities include preparing weekly status updates and program reports, managing projects from initiation to completion, and ensuring quality and consistency across projects within a Project Management Office (PMO). Strong multitasking, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Principal Responsibilities Manage project lifecycle from start to finish for integration projects. Conduct meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and deliver weekly status reports. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors. Manage client expectations and escalate issues appropriately. Act as the main contact for all integration projects, bridging technical and business teams. Proactively manage tasks, risks, issues, and project documentation. Ensure proper transfer of project deliverables and closeout documentation. Maintain attention to detail, responsibility, and accountability for all project outputs. Qualifications B.S. in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably with PMI methodology, Waterfall, and application/infrastructure projects. Understanding of SDLC and ability to adapt project management approaches accordingly. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, MS SharePoint, Outlook, and project management tools like MS Project. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of real estate industry or SaaS environment is a plus. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
