Description

SUMMARY

The Staffing Coordinator is primarily responsible for scheduling part time employees and maintaining staffing levels in partnership with assigned departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Responsible for administration of employee schedules to include, all full stadium events, as well as all internal and external catering functions, and maintain an appropriate pool of employees by position to sufficiently staff events.
  2. Keep management informed of staffing levels and pro-actively communicate any employee or administrative challenges.
  3. Maintain schedule records in Paycom for events including location assignments, transfers and shift changes.
  4. Coordinate onboarding for newly hired part-time staff to ensure a successful integration into the workforce. Partner with department managers to facilitate positive experience and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
  5. Support event operations by engaging with new hires and existing employees to enhance the employee experiences.
  6. Conduct post event follow up for new part time staff to capture successes and opportunities and ensure continuous improvement as it relates to part-time employee onboarding into organization.
  7. Create and maintain historical databases to capture event analytics. Analyze data and present recommendations to Director of Project Management and Workforce Administration.
  8. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc. )
  • Highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of organizational customers and team members.
  • Ability to communicate information effectively, accurately, and concisely to staff via multiple mediums of communication.
  • Must possess the ability to work independently.
  • Must be flexible and excel as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have attention to detail and focused concentration.
  • Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
  • The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
