Responsibilities for the Inbound Leads Customer Service Representative:
Handle inbound calls, including callbacks, new inquiries, and warranty requests.
Address basic customer questions and process payments efficiently.
Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
Communicate important information to both managers and customers promptly and professionally.
Qualifications for the Inbound Leads Customer Service Representative:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and phone systems; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
Sales experience is a plus.
Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 4 PM.
