Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in clinical research, with at least two years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelors degree in a scientific or health-related field is required, and experience in epidemiology is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and facilitate daily clinical trial activities under the direction of the Principal Investigator.
+ Ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements.
+ Develop and maintain accurate source materials and ensure site staff compliance.
+ Manage data collection, documentation, entry, and reporting in both sponsor and internal databases.
+ Support regulatory staff in maintaining up-to-date regulatory documents.
+ Interface with research participants to determine eligibility and obtain informed consent.
+ Communicate study requirements to the research team, sponsors, monitors, and participants.
+ Conduct ongoing quality control audits and maintain investigational drug accountability.
+ Participate in identifying and developing systems to maintain research quality and compliance.
+ Travel occasionally to attend sponsor study training meetings.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in a scientific, health-related, or business administration program.
+ Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical research environment.
+ Preferred: Certification as a CCRC (Certified Clinical Research Coordinator).
+ Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical medicine, clinical trials, and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) concepts.
+ Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
+ Proactive problem-solving abilities and initiative.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience in epidemiological research or studies.
+ Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
