Job DescriptionThe clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.Join our team at Saint John's Health Center where you'll support nurses both in and out of surgery, among other patient care tasks. As a Providence caregiver, you'll apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.Required Qualifications: PharmD Pharmacy Doctorate or Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy. Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS).Preferred Qualifications: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.Why Join Providence?
