Process Engineering Manager

As the Process Engineering Manager, you will lead program and process initiatives within the operations department at MintLeads. Additionally, you are responsible for examining and improving existing processes as well as designing new processes to support our evolving business needs.

Responsibilities
Define project governance, outlining roles, responsibilities, decision rights and clearly defined escalation path
Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and requirements gathering to execution, testing, and deployment.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Continually assess and monitor risks throughout the project's lifecycle.
Examine new and existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas where improvements can be made.
Support software development activities by providing technical guidance, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Ensure success criteria defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomes

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
