Develop and maintain meaningful analytical reporting models, including but not exclusive to dashboards, performance analysis, and budget models. Managerial Accounting:

Identify, interpret, and communicate financial information to General Managers to ensure businesses stay on track to achieve targets. Month-End Reporting:

Balance sub-ledgers, reconcile accounts, post journals, and produce reports. Balance Sheet Reconciliation:

Manage and reconcile all accounts. Information Systems:

Maintain SAP, Xero, and other finance systems. Cash Flow Management:

Track cash flow and manage payments. Key Skills and Competencies: Up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting standards and principles. Knowledge of relevant IT systems and products – advanced spreadsheet skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proven experience in a finance team in a similar role or within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm. Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent required. CA/CPA. Leadership and team management abilities.
