Provide programmatic direction in the management and coordination of day-to day operations across the geographically dispersed M&O contractors, serving as the focal point on matters pertaining to planning, integrating, and executing policies, programs, and procedures for carrying out the organization's mission. Serves as a resident program analyst for organizations with program, budget, cost, funding, and contractual activities; and is responsible for providing wide-ranging multi-program management support and senior level program analysis expertise within the NA-10's program of record.
