SUMMARY:
The Condo Desk Manager leads the Condo Desk Team in the process of obtaining the appropriate documentation to complete detailed reviews and analysis of condominium projects to determine condominium eligibility based on V.I.P., agency and investor guidelines.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide leadership and training for the condo desk team.
Review and analyze documentation and information obtained on behalf of the subject condo project to ensure it meets FNMA / FHLMC / FHA underwriting guideline requirements and any investor overlays. Includes individual analysis of condo project documentation such as project questionnaires, master insurance

policies/certificates,

budgets, financials, Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R's), appraisal, preliminary title reports and any/all documentation for deferred maintenance or critical repairs (example Reserve Study, Meeting Minutes and/or any kind of Inspections Reports, etc.).
Performs project reviews and conditional approvals within the agreed upon turn times to maintain a high level of service.
Communicates project status (approval, suspense, denial) to appropriate team members and updates internal computer systems.
Uphold fair lending practices while meeting productivity goals and customer satisfaction.
Completes additional responsibilities of maintaining the Condo Desk emails; updating the Condo Desk Tracking report; Maintain and Update as needed the Investor Condo Reports; Provide updates to Training Team to update THE HUB; Answer any questions as needed for ZIPPY; Provides training to branches and teams as requested; Checks Agency and Investor Guidelines daily/weekly to ensure all forms and checklists are reflective of the current guidelines; follows up with branches for condo conditions as needed; and performs related duties as assigned by Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Management experience of 3 years or more; knowledge of budget/financial statement analysis; or a

Business/Finance/Accounting

Degree
Minimum 4 years condominium project reviews and/or conventional loan or government loan underwriting
Knowledge of Fannie Mae CPM / CVAS / PERS project submissions
OFFICE ENVIRONMENT:
Office environment; remote; may require some business travel
PHYISCAL DEMANDS:
Dexterity of hands to operate a computer keyboard
Reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally bending at the waist, climbing, kneeling, and stooping for installation of hardware and more
Hearing and speaking to communicate and provide information to others.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
