Your Role We are hiring a Project Engineer/Managerto lead and coordinate activities related to a variety of projects within thepharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Candidates should preferably have professionalexperience in Life Science, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Medical Device, orsimilar experience in a manufacturing industry.

Theideal candidate will possess a technical background in engineering, validationprocesses, quality, and project management, coupled with excellentinterpersonal and communication skills. The Project Engineer/ProjectManager will:

Leadprojects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatoryrequirements and company standards.

Develop project plans, schedules, andbudgets, and track progress against milestones.

Provide specific directionsto project teams through written and verbal communication in order to executework in a timely and efficient manner.

Conceptualizesolutions, define budgetary needs/scope, gain approval for funding, forecastspending, and accrue financials. Identify and proactively manage project risks. Develop mitigationplans and contingency strategies to address potential issues.

Uphold project standards by

ensuringcompliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and bestpractices. Track project performance and analyze the completion of key goals.

Document and report project progress to stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teamsoverall. Provide expert-level project management forfloating plant projects of high dollar value, of high complexity ofextraordinary urgency, or having similar requirements. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Requirements

At PSC Biotech, many ofour projects and clients are in various regions around the country. Therefore,we value candidates who are willing and able to travel as needed for projectassignments and client engagements. The ability to adapt to various locations,cultures, and work environments is essential, as it allows our team members tocollaborate effectively with clients and colleagues nationally.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related STEM discipline isrequired.

2 years or more of experience in commissioning and qualifyingbio-pharmaceutical facilities and equipment or in a manufacturing environment.

Experience withproject management or engineering is preferred.

PMP certification or Project Management Certification ishighly preferred.

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Accessskills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem solving andanalytics aptitude.

Experience in Life Science, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Medical Devicemanufacturing is highly preferred.
