Job Type: Part-Time (Overnight Shift)

Job Description: As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of Hotel Dryce during the late-night and early morning hours. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or issues that arise during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.- Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations.- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely manner.- Maintain the security and safety of the hotel by monitoring the premises.- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting.- Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in using hotel management software and other computer systems.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
