Job Description: As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of Hotel Dryce during the late-night and early morning hours. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or issues that arise during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Handle Check-Ins and Check-Outs: Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
  • Answer Phone Calls and Respond to Guest Inquiries: Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Manage Reservations: Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
  • Address and Resolve Guest Concerns: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Security and Safety: Maintain the security and safety of the hotel by monitoring the premises.
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
  • Prepare and Distribute Daily Reports: Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
  • Ensure Front Desk Area is Clean and Organized: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in using hotel management software and other computer systems, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Physical Demands: Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
