with community organizations, agencies, leaders, educators, and faith-based institutions to increase positive awareness of and participation in the organization to support effective recruitment efforts within targeted areas to

impact

membership growth.

Build relationships with and collaborate with the local

volunteer

teams on recruitment and volunteer support.

and encouraging

Monitor data to assess your individual progress towards Council-established recruitment goals, in partnership with your manager.

Provide responsive and positive customer service.

Able to pass Girl Scouts of Northern California’s background screening process (including fingerprinting, criminal education, social

security,

and Department of Motor Vehicle verification)
