Job Summary:
As the Collections Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the companys collections process, ensuring the timely recovery of payments from clients while maintaining positive customer relationships. You will lead a team of collections specialists, set strategic goals, and work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and efficient collection processes.

Key Responsibilities for the Collections Manager:
- Manage and lead the collections team to meet or exceed monthly collection targets.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes.
- Monitor the accounts receivable aging report and prioritize collection efforts accordingly.
- Negotiate payment plans with clients and handle escalated collection issues.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities, progress, and outstanding issues to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection.
- Train, mentor, and develop the collections team to improve performance and effectiveness.
Qualifications for the Collections Manager:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Collections Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful collections.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
