Job Summary:
BrightStar Care in Knoxville, Tennessee is looking for a part-time for potential to be full-time, self-motivated individual to become part of a team for scheduling, staffing and recruiting. This position will be approximately 32-35 per week. THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION

Will be required to start each day in the office at 9:00am, unless otherwise instructed.

Responsibilities for the Office:
- Able to use computers, cell phone and other technical items
- Able to understand and use proficiently on-line Zoom, Webex or Microsoft Teams meetings
- MUST already be proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Able to learn and master ABS software
- Able work as a team member and also be able to work independently
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team
- Participate in in-service training programs and continuing education courses to maintain and enhance skills

Requirements:

- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be dependable
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work as a team member and share office responsibilities

- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

In-Person Interviews will be required
