Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Account Management:
    • Schedule and manage appointments for preventive maintenance and quoted repair services.
    • Provide clients with timely updates regarding technician response times, diagnoses, and resolution progress.
    • Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed services.
  • Operational Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the Dispatcher to assist in scheduling and coordinating technician workloads effectively.
    • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, service logs, and appointment details.
  • Communication & Problem Solving:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving service issues promptly.
    • Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with operational capabilities.
    • Generate service reports and client updates to maintain transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics for Field Service is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with Service Channel and FM Pilot is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients, coworkers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities.

Work Schedule
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, with occasional rotations and overtime as needed.
