This state-of-the-art facility houses 9 units and is committed to delivering exceptional care to its patients. The center prides itself on fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Job Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a compassionate and skilled Dialysis Nurse. The successful candidate will have a strong background in dialysis, working under the guidance of the Charge Nurse. This role involves direct patient care, overseeing dialysis treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer dialysis treatments to patients according to prescribed orders.
Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after treatments.
Collaborate with the Charge Nurse and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Follow all policies and protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of New York.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to handle emergencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
