Join us and contribute to a revolutionary product that's reshaping business operations About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our mission of making every business in the world successful. As the first hire in this position, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging for our AI solutions. You'll be the go-to expert for market insights, shaping product strategies, and spearheading comprehensive go-to-market plans to launch and elevate our products. Key skills include thriving and driving results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, using strong analytical and customer insights to prioritize and push for product improvements, and having a strong sense of ownership to proactively identify and address product issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products resonate with our target audience and achieve our business goals. What You Will Do Audience & Positioning: Lead the development of target audiences, positioning, and compelling narratives backed by data. Go-To-Market Execution: Craft and execute comprehensive launch plans encompassing positioning, pricing, promotions, measurement, and asset development in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Customer Feedback: Be the expert of SMB e-commerce customers and their needs through qualitative customer feedback, quantitative analysis, and proactive industry research. Collaboration: Partner with product and GTM teams to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our solutions. Communication: Effectively communicate strategies and progress up and across the organization. Agility: Independently execute with adaptability to meet evolving business needs. Strategic Product Influence: Leverage market insights and expertise to shape product strategies and roadmap. Competitive Landscape: Analyze the competitive landscape and develop comprehensive assessments of top competitors. Your Experience 8+ years in strategy consulting, product marketing, product management, or equivalent. Proven ability to build and scale businesses, products, or programs/initiatives. Track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels, including cross-functional leaders. Demonstrated ability to drive resolution in complex situations with competing perspectives. Proven experience conducting thorough product analyses using data and customer insights to identify gaps, and collaborating with product teams to drive enhancements. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields. Ability to execute effectively amidst shifting priorities. Experience in and understanding of SMB’s / E-commerce. Nice to haves Master's Degree in Marketing or related fields. Project management skills, including experience leading matrixed organizations and functions with operational rigor and enthusiasm. Experience in strategy or management consulting. Knowledge of online business models and Internet/consumer technology. Benefits : Competitive salary.
