Summary:

The Administrative & Marketing Manager provides support to the day-to-day activities of the Commercial Mortgage Banking office, reporting directly into the Office Leader.

They lead and support the sales, marketing, and production efforts of the office. They maintain information on the office deal pipeline, and facilitating communication and information sharing across the production team.

Activities include active leadership involvement in collaboration with production team within industry organizations to include the coordination and organization of industry marketing events, enterprise client activities and management of prospecting tools and software resources to prioritize production teams activities.

Maintain and update client data in conjunction with the production team.

Initiate and implement engaging marketing materials created by the BWE Marketing team to be used across a variety of channels to market the Scottsdale BWE production team.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development efforts through coordination of communication efforts with Producers regarding client expectations and reviewing maturities.
  • Support business development efforts and work with the production team to coordinate client calls, on-site meetings, events, and conferences. This also includes booking of the accommodations/meetings for select team members.
  • Partner with Production team to execute complex commercial mortgage deals and assisting with the marketing of products and services to potential customers.
  • Partners with Corporate Marketing to update marketing materials and provide content to marketing team for the newsletters and releases put together by the team, and deal closures.
  • Assist with organizing and execution of events with the Corporate Events Coordinator.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams from throughout the enterprise to successfully implement office-level corporate initiatives.
  • May manage / oversee analysts or administrative staff for the office.
  • Performance of other tasks as delegated by the Office Leader.
Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate preferred.
  • Experience in Marketing.
  • Experience managing support staff.
  • Superior communication skills both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to communicate to customers, stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience in training others on these tools is a major plus.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
