Analyst/Senior Analyst, Portfolio Analytics Work Dynamics Portfolio Strategy supports the Client in making strategic decisions regarding their real estate portfolio. The Analyst will primarily be responsible for conducting financial analysis and portfolio strategy analysis to support strategy documents. They will also develop Excel-based tools for workspace management and provide occupancy planning data. Additionally, the Analyst will aid in the development of new reports and processes for both the team and the client. What this job involves:

Supporting the Client to shape their RE/portfolio strategy Developing Excel-based tools to manage workspaces and provide occupancy planning data Data analytics incl. occupancy supply vs demand analysis Undertaking financial analysis to support key strategic decisions, including cashflow and P&L modelling Developing new tools, processes and reports to ensure we constantly improve our analysis and deliverables to the Client Preparing Client-facing documentation, including Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations with analyses summary, key findings and recommendations Coordination of key projects incl. data gathering, analytics and visualisation Requirements: Power Bi (visualisations, data modelling and DAX skills) Excel (formulas, visualisations, power query, VBA) Experience analysing occupancy data would be a benefit but not essential. Real Estate / Finance / Economics background Organizational skills Analytical, visualization and presentation skills Result oriented Able to work independently
