Description
Position Summary
As a Rewards Clerk, you will be responsible for greeting customers, promoting, enrolling, and explaining the benefits of the rewards program. While carrying out the job duties listed below, you will contribute to our continued business success by providing unsurpassed guest service, personal and professional dedication to represent, support, and protect the Rod 'N' Reel Resort brand.

Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Interact with all guests and team members in a professional, courteous manner, and provide excellent customer service.
- Serve guests by being attentive, friendly, and professional while striving to exceed customer's expectations.
- Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. One year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have basic computer/data entry skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills while speaking to customers in person and via telephone and on a microphone.
- The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- The ability to interact with customers and team members in a professional manner.
- The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, and move for duration of scheduled shift. The team member is frequently required to use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
- Must be able to operate a personal computer/Point of Sale (POS).
- The team member is required to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 10 pounds on a regular basis and up to 25 pounds occasionally, with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Scheduled Days/Hours :
4:00pm - 10:15pm Sunday - Thursday
4:00pm - 12:15pm Friday and Saturday
Salary Description
$15.25/hour
