As part of strategic program that aims to build out a near real time collateral optimization system on the cloud, with the aim to consolidate the inventory on a data platform, build out a Global Markets Collateral Optimizer, sending the output to downstream MIS and visualization tools, and simplify the end to end workflow and execution of the collateral movements. As the Technical Delivery lead, you will lead the strategic build out of the new cloud-based platforms Your expertise four year degree or international equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, or Economics ideally10 years of experience as a Program Manager and Business Analyst, including requirements gathering and systems analysis, preferably in the financial industry experience of the full software delivery lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through development, test and UAT to post-implementation support prior experience with building cloud native applications system scope definition and management via the maintenance of a prioritized product backlog strong analytical and problem solving skills strong influencing, conflict resolution, and change management skills ability to design and implement process and structure where none exists strong stakeholder management - able to build trust and respect at a high level excellent communicator at all levels in the organization, both written and verbal highly organized, self-motivated, and action oriented ability to focus on both the big picture and the detail excellent workshop / meeting facilitation / presentation skills capable of working with minimal supervision, flexible in approach and able to adapt to changing circumstances of the project *LI-UBS Expert advice.
