Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept

As the Marketing Specialist, you will be a creative driver of our corporate messaging. You should have the ability to understand and communicate, and to implement marketing plans and material that tell our story. This is not a position for those who prefer the sidelines or back office-you will be expected to be an active participant and member of the TheIncLab team.

Your ability to work with our cross-functional teams to understand what we do, and then articulate it for our primarily defense and government marketplace, will significantly contribute to our reputation and our growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this mission is someone who is both creative and proactive; someone who is incredibly articulate, with exceptional writing skills; someone who isn't just 'in marketing' but who is passionate about the art and science of marketing to make a difference.
Core Responsibilities

Collaborate with creative teams: Work closely with design, product, and creative teams to conceptualize and develop branding campaigns, stunning concept designs, captivating promotional materials, and compelling website and advertising copy.

Drive marketing activities: Lead and participate in both outbound and inbound marketing activities, showcasing your expertise in advertising, events, and content development to boost our brand's presence and engagement.

Analyze campaign performance: Dive deep into the performance of our business-to-government marketing campaigns and strategies, evaluating key performance metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.

Promote brand awareness: Champion our brand through strategic marketing efforts, crafting and executing initiatives that elevate brand awareness and foster strong connections with our target audience.

Create marketing materials: Design and produce high-quality material and insight for our website and various marketing platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity in our visual and written communications.

Enhance customer experiences: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experiences, ensuring every interaction with our brand is memorable and positive.

Requirements
Capabilities that will enable your success
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience to include 3 or more years of traditional or digital marketing experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and CSS basics, and CRM and CMS software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented,
