In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Quality ManagerAn integral part of our $800M global Power Semiconductor business, this role will be responsible for all aspects of Quality for our epitaxial wafer fabrication site in Allen, TX. Scope of responsibilities include; (1) Quality Systems Management, (2) Manufacturing Quality, (3) Supplier Quality, (4) Customer Complaint Resolution, and (5) Team Management. The Plant Quality Manager's primary role will be to provide Leadership to achieve World Class Quality levels with the highest levels of Customer Satisfaction for Littelfuse SBU Epitaxial products.Responsibilities:Quality Management System - For quality and environmental management systems including conformance to established standards (i.e., ISO 9000 & IATF 16949). This also includes Customer and/or Certifying Body Audits.Quality Control - Setting standards and procedures, adopt error proof methodology to achieve the target of 0 defects.Customer Focus - Ensure that a proper customer complaint handling and tracking process is in place to manage customer complaints in an effective manner.Provide leadership and management for quality department - Develop quality department personnel by performance evaluation and appraisals, identifying internal and external training and performing reviews.Foster a Continuous Improvement Culture - Promote a continuous improvement culture through teamwork-based activitiesEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree (STEM degree).A minimum of 3-5 years Quality Leadership experience. Epitaxial processing knowledge/experience a plus. ISO9001 Experience required, IATF 16949 desired with Automotive Core Tools.Green Belt certificationAble to properly manage and resolve quality escalation issues.Experience in managing customer complaint team investigations, ensuring responses are effective and efficient; ability to identify complaint trends and underlying chronic problems.Demonstrate strong understanding of fact-based decision-making and analytical processes related to quality management and process improvement.Demonstrate ability to influence others and work in a cross-functional team environment.Demonstrate ability to deal with conflict, able to effectively communicate ideas and positions and be an active listener.A full complement of PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite).Ability to work in multi-cultural environment across different time zones.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
