If you thrive in a fast-paced collaborative work environment, Apply Now and start your journey with BankUnited today Job Description SUMMARY: The Documentation and Training Analyst is responsible for documenting operational procedures through various sources and developing process training modules to support operational efficiency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain productive partnerships with managers and the process improvement team. Document operational procedures utilizing existing documentation, process maps, and customer feedback. Design and develop forms/templates, quick reference guides, process flowcharts, and checklists. Consult with process owners, users, and subject matter experts to validate process flow. Ensure guidelines are followed for the development of new procedures and updates. Verify standardized templates are used for documentation. Ensure all procedures are approved by the appropriate process owners. Perform periodic reviews of procedures with respective process owners. Develop training modules supporting defined process flow and compliance requirements. Perform needs analysis to design overall training plans. Adhere to applicable federal and state laws and Bank policies. Identify and report suspicious activity. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. EXPERIENCE Minimum 4 years in policy and procedures documentation required. Minimum 4 years of experience designing/developing training modules required. Experience in developing eLearning training preferred. Experience within the banking industry preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze complex processes and simplify them into defined steps. Knowledge of process improvement methods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
