Description

Anderson Farms is looking for several seasonal General Store Team Leads for Fall Festival.

Duties May Include:
  • Available consistently throughout the season. Additional hours before and after each season may be needed.
  • Learn how to use, troubleshoot and train on the Clover POS system
  • Assist with training new cashiers & pumpkin sizers
  • Make customer service decisions, processing refunds, exchanges,etc
  • Create and manage lunch breaks for the team during your shift
  • Lead Pumpkin Sizing Team
Requirements

For this position, you must be:
  • A good role model for your team
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoy working with the public
  • Energetic
  • Reliable & Punctual
  • Honest & Trustworthy
  • At least 18 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be able to work alone or with others
  • Must be a self starter
Required Skills
  • Previous experience in working in Retail Sales
  • Organization
  • Multi-Tasking
  • Ability to work with a team of up to 15 people.
Additional Skills/Attributes We are Looking For But Aren't Required
  • Experience with Clover POS
  • Managerial or other leadership experience
  • At least one season working for Fall Festival
  • Has been a customer of Anderson Farms & understands all activities offered
