Vaco Staffing is looking for two date entry/ scanning associates for a project role with a client on the Westside of Jacksonville.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility will be to scan engineering and quality documents, upload them to OneDrive folders, and catalog them according to specific engineering instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Xerox copy/print machines to scan documents efficiently.
- Upload scanned documents to designated OneDrive folders.
- Catalog documents accurately based on engineering guidelines.
- Maintain organized and efficient workstations.
- Perform quality checks to ensure scanned documents are clear and complete.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and documentation as needed.
- Adhere to safety and operational protocols.
- Familiarity with Xerox copy/print machines.
- General computer knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Previous experience in data entry or document management is a plus.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Standard hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Overtime opportunities available, including Saturdays.
- Flexible start times for contractors (e.g., 6:00 AM to 5:00 or 6:00 PM).
Familiarity with Xerox copy/print machines.
General computer knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Previous experience in data entry or document management is a plus.
