TO SUPPORT NEW AND EXISITNG CLIENTS TOWARDS SIGNING UP, EXISTING CLAIMS, EDUCATING AND TO PROVIDE OVERALL CLARITY AND SUPPORT OVER THE PHONE. DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY This is an onsite opportunity in Spokane, WA - Liberty Lake *PAY:*$47,210.95 - Salary *START DATE:*October 21st A local insurance company is looking to add to their customer service team Hybrid after 90 days. Associate is in training to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service. The ability to obtain a thorough understanding of ClaimCenter, CARE, Outlook, and telephone applications is required. This individual will handle inbound and outbound telephone service calls with respect to claims First Notice of Loss (FNOL), glass, towing and existing claims calls that roll from branch operations. The associate demonstrates sound verbal and written communication skills. Works well with supervision *Description:* • Assists customers with new and existing claims • Promotes participation of our client’s preferred provider programs and services when applicable • Provides telephone coverage in accordance with position description • Adheres to the standards put forth in call strength audit guidelines • Actively works to increase product knowledge – utilizes KM and resources from the SCO Intranet pages • Meets performance and dependability expectations as outlined by management • Contributes to a positive and respectful environment that fuels engagement • May be called upon to handle additional duties as required *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* • Secure and maintain state and non-resident licenses • Regular evening, weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word • Complete ongoing job-related training as assigned through ATLAS or otherwise *Employee Value Proposition (EVP)**Medical, dental, vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance* Generous leave programs, including paid parental bonding leave Student Loan Repayment and Tuition Reimbursement programs Paid Vacation – you will receive at least 10 vacation days in the first 12 months, amounts could be greater depending on the role Holidays - 14 paid holidays observed and 2 additional floating paid holidays provided Sick time - 6 days sick time at hire, 6 additional days sick time at 90 days of employment Generous 401k with company match and immediate vesting Family support benefits including back-up care Competitive salaries and exceptional benefits Fitness and wellness reimbursement Employee community involvement We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
