Functieomschrijving

Als Site Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse toezicht op kassenbouwprojecten. Je ontwikkelt gedetailleerde projectplannen, cordineert resources, bewaakt de voortgang van projecten en zorgt voor een tijdige en binnen-budget oplevering. Je leidt een team ter plaatse en handhaaft veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen, terwijl je effectieve communicatie met belanghebbenden onderhoudt.
Wat breng je mee

Een bachelordiploma in Civiele Techniek of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
Aantoonbare ervaring in bouwmanagement, bij voorkeur in kassenbouw of agrarische projecten.
Kennis van energiezuinige bouwtechnieken en kasautomatisering.
Ervaring met projectplanning en -beheertools.
Begrip van bouwtechnieken en materialen, met specifieke kennis van kasconstructies.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
Begrip van veiligheidsvoorschriften en naleving in de bouwsector.
