The team at Cirkul developed an innovative beverage delivery system that makes drinking more water delicious, fun, and personalized. The technology reduces the shipping weight of bottled beverages by 96% and uses 84% less plastic. Cirkul offers its customers 100+ unique flavors, all with no sugar, zero calories, no artificial colors, and a range of functional enhancements online, at Walmart, and other retailers across the United States. Hundreds of thousands of consumers are using Cirkul to transition from single-use plastics and sugar-filled beverages to healthier, better-for-you alternatives.
What is this role?
As a Customer Experience Operations Support Lead for Cirkul, you will assist with optimizing all aspects of our Customer Experience operations. You will work closely with the CX team and other departments within the company, to ensure that our customers and our CX teams receive the best possible experience when interacting with our brand. Tasks may include supporting processes involving back end order processing, quality assurance related functions, updating metrics, supporting training, and risk management.
What does an average day look like?
- Driving Results: Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to analyze data, identify improvement areas, and drive data-driven decisions. Assist with special projects to support strategic initiatives and operational enhancements.
- Taking Ownership: Assist in developing and implementing customer success policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Making Decisions: Implement and execute strategies to enhance overall customer experience and elevate satisfaction levels.
- Cultivating Relationships: Collaborate with the CX team to develop and deliver internal training programs on tools and processes, offering ongoing support.
- Instilling Trust: Act as a point of contact for escalated customer experience issues, ensuring prompt resolution to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Focus: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CX operations to drive continuous improvement.
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience working in a fast paced customer driven environment
- Comfortable working across multiple communication channels including phone, email, chat, etc.
- Proven experience in customer experience operations, data analysis, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and process improvement.
- Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint).
