As a Manager, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Content Marketing team reporting to Director, Global Content Marketing, you will work on projects including fostering our Brand Platform, Hilton. For the Stay., expanding our Brand Platform across areas of the business, and support content initiatives.

How You Will Make An Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like

Support and expand brand platform evolution across the business. Define content marketing opportunities for various teams. Facilitate development of content for different initiatives. Analyze and compile content initiatives performance for business teams.

How You Will Collaborate With Others

Build strong relationships with our teams and agency partners. Manage strategies for Global Content Marketing across departments. Partner with teams and agencies to develop content.

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

Manage the brand platform strategy in new initiatives across the business. Lead content strategy across departments. Oversee the content development with departments across channels.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

Five (5) years of work experience in Marketing or Advertising. Experience supporting complex, global campaigns. Experience developing marketing briefs and bringing content to life across multiple functions/channels Work a hybrid office schedule in McLean, VA (3 days per week). Travel up to 15%.

It Would Be Useful If You Have

Experience in project management and timelines. Experience working across teams in a matrixed organization. Experience managing agency partners.
