Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead/nCino Location: Columbia, SC( Remote Role) Duration: Long term project

Job Description: Significant experience with nCino platform. Work closely with the Enterprise Architect and Enterprise Architecture team to understand and enhance architecture standards. 15+ years of experience in software development, Salesforce, security, DevOps, Cloud technologies, etc. Advanced skills in middle-layer technologies (Message Queues, API management), SQL, Visual Studio, mobile development libraries, and low-code platforms. Solid understanding of business analysis and business process analysis concepts. Ability to create structured logical and deployment diagrams for design and architecture Negotiate and establish service agreements with associations for technical and programming services related to platform utilization Effectively communicate with association management across all levels to grasp and address their business needs. This position will also require for excellent documentation and communication skills in order to work with various teams in guiding them on presenting their work to the Architecture Review Board and to help the teams with various development hurdles Provide strategic design and architecture input to Application Development and Application Support teams based on insights from subject matter experts and technological expertise. Demonstrate excellent documentation and communication skills to guide teams in presenting work to the Architecture Review Board and overcoming development challenges. Occasional presentations to senior management on project updates and technical strategies. Work closely with the Enterprise Architect and Enterprise Architecture team to understand and enhance architecture standards.
