Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our B2C brand strategies at Five Star Franchising. This executive role will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience and will oversee all B2C brands within our portfolio, including Mosquito Shield, Five Star Bath Solutions, and Gotcha Covered. The VP of Marketing will play a critical role in driving brand growth and equity, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving business objectives. Are you the right fit? Requirements Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and implement 360* comprehensive marketing strategies for all B2C brands at the national level and the local franchisee level. Provide visionary leadership in branding, positioning, and market differentiation. Align marketing strategies with the overall business goals and customer experience objectives. Brand Management and Development: Oversee the brand identity, messaging, and positioning for each B2C brand. Work with brands, Five Star Marketing Service, and franchisees to develop rich EAT content, owner/team content, messaging, media, websites, mailers, and other marketing materials. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Identify and deploy methods for capturing data and accurately displaying it for all stakeholders. Identify opportunities for brand growth and market expansion. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the Brand Marketing Directors and Franchisee Marketing Managers for each B2C brand. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven marketing team culture. Ensure clear communication and alignment of marketing objectives across the brands. Support franchisee marketing processes and tactics to ensure execution and improvement in process (franchisee onboarding, franchisee coaching, franchisee comms, etc.). Marketing Execution and Innovation: Develop and Enhance the brand marketing playbooks for each brand for franchisee execution. Direct the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are innovative, effective, and within budget. Leverage data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness. Stay abreast of marketing trends and technologies, implementing best practices to move the brands and franchisees ahead of the curve. Customer Experience and Engagement: Work with Five Star Marketing Service and brand executives to conduct thorough research, discoveries, and analysis and use frameworks to develop target customer personas and establish positioning and messaging. Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Experience to enhance customer journeys and engagement strategies. Work closely with brand presidents to educate and communicate with them on the overall strategies, challenges, and opportunities within the brands. Periodically work with franchisee partners (VIPs and FACs) to educate and communicate the overall strategy, challenges, and opportunities within the brands. Budget Management and ROI Optimization: Collaborate with Head of CX and brand executives to make high-level decisions regarding the ad fund marketing budgets, ongoing marketing strategies, and initiatives. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Regularly report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple brands. Experience in franchisor marketing; preferred Proven track record in developing and executing successful B2C marketing strategies. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of current marketing tools, trends, and techniques. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Benefits: Medical Insurance – HSA eligible plans available.
