Role Overview: As a Commercial Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving commercial sales within your client base. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with commercial customers, showcasing your expertise in SentriForce's products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by maintaining and developing commercial sales initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate new accounts through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Act as a consultative partner to commercial clients, leveraging your expert knowledge of SentriForce's offerings to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular visits/calls to commercial accounts, addressing any issues and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with Project Management and Operations to meet client needs.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and independence in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in vendor-side sales with a focus on commercial/retail clients.
  • Prior sales experience in industries such as lighting, landscaping, garbage services, IT, or similar fields is preferred.
  • Strong background in account-based sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated internal drive, motivation for excellence, and ability to work independently.
