Major Responsibilities:

* The Contractor Engagement Specialist will work as a subject matter expert and a champion for Regal Rexnord Evergreen ECM replacement motors and our newly released IAQ products.

* Working under the direction of a District Sales Manager, creates excitement and opportunity with our Sales Professionals and our customers around converting contractor preference to Regal Rexnord solutions.

* Identifies opportunities, including targeted geographies, targeted contractors, targeted Sales Professionals, training and selling to all with the ultimate measure being specific contractor wins.

* Achieve and maintain trust and confidence of all internal functions, adding team value and achieve goals.

* Achieve annual objectives comprised of a sales objective, contractor conversions, contractor retention and contractor engagements.

* Maintain conduct in accordance with Regal Rexnord vision, mission, values, initiatives and company policies.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

* Bachelor's degree or 10+ years or relevant experience

* Proven track record of five years plus sales experience

* HVAC/R industry experience, experience as an HVAC contractor / technician is a plus.

* Demonstrable track record of strong commercial leadership and achievement of sales growth.

* Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

* High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of business results.

* Strong computer skills - Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

* Ability to work independently and remotely.

Travel: 50%
