As key part of the Medicaid Product team, partner with stakeholders across the organization to research & understand drivers of unique market needs, review national and local trends, and recommend competitive solutions suited to the needs of local health plans and their communities

Leverage knowledge of Aetnas value-added benefits and other products, regulatory requirements, competitive drivers, and member needs to lead proposal content strategy and development
*
Provide strategic and analytical support to health plan leadership in evaluating product performance and design solutions tailored their needs
*
Collaborate with other Product team and cross-functional colleagues to ensure flawless product implementations
*
Develop high-quality and compelling proposal responses that help differentiate Aetna Medicaid
*
Maintain strong understanding of Aetna/business unit strategy, customers, healthcare, and regulatory environment. Understand/interpret mandates
*
Build and lead collaborative cross-functional teams focused on product analysis, design, and implementation
*
Collect, analyze, and interpret information on customer trends, competitor moves, and product performance
*
Generate unique and actionable insights to drive strategy
*
Articulate strategy in compelling manner customized for different stakeholders including laying out facts / data in easily digestible format and drawing clear conclusions
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications

Professional with 5+ years related work experience
*
Collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving and process improvement
*
3+ years of Medicaid managed care experience
