Leverage knowledge of Aetnas value-added benefits and other products, regulatory requirements, competitive drivers, and member needs to lead proposal content strategy and development *

Provide strategic and analytical support to health plan leadership in evaluating product performance and design solutions tailored their needs *

Collaborate with other Product team and cross-functional colleagues to ensure flawless product implementations *

Develop high-quality and compelling proposal responses that help differentiate Aetna Medicaid *

Maintain strong understanding of Aetna/business unit strategy, customers, healthcare, and regulatory environment. Understand/interpret mandates *

Build and lead collaborative cross-functional teams focused on product analysis, design, and implementation *

Collect, analyze, and interpret information on customer trends, competitor moves, and product performance *

Generate unique and actionable insights to drive strategy *

Articulate strategy in compelling manner customized for different stakeholders including laying out facts / data in easily digestible format and drawing clear conclusions Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: 75,400 Maximum: 158,300 Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

Professional with 5+ years related work experience *

Collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving and process improvement *
