A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:Experience:Six months of full-time field experience as an Emergency Medical Technician is highly desirable, but not required.Education/Training: Must be at least 18 years of age and have an education equivalent to completion of high school.Licenses and Certificates: Possession of a valid Class C California Driver's License with a safe driving record.
