Were looking for someone who will:

  • Be the lightning rod between Research and Strategic Planning
  • Work with Leadership on creative strategies and briefs
  • Advocate for people, actual people, for our creatives and clients
  • Master a number of secondary research tools to pull quick data for internal teams
  • Get out of the office to observer shopping experiences and audience journeys
  • Work across a variety of brands
  • Influence and inform our creative teams

Youre right for this job if:

  • Youre infinitely interested in understanding people
  • Youre a natural-born storyteller
  • You notice all the little things about people that others might miss
  • Youve got 2-5 years of experience in an insights, strategy or planning role
  • Youve got experience with HCP & DTC based strategies
  • Know and love working on major Pharma Brands

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $80,000 to $140,000 . Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
