Calling all Deland Do you have experience in Purchasing? Are you attentive to detail and able to work on your own? We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist for our Deland location. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Purchasing experience. Microsoft experience is a must Position: Purchasing Specialist Starting Pay: $17/hr. This position will start as Temporary to Permanent. Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review requests, assist with A/P, PO's and invoicing
  • Maintain inventory at predetermined levels
  • Maintain flow of stockroom, parts, supplies and aid in locating supplies
  • Coordinate and perform cycle counts on inventory
  • Monitor and run reports for monthly tracking
  • Follow through with product deliveries and forward accompanying documents to account group for payment processing
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships
  • Research products and services
  • May negotiate pricing with supervision
  • Respond to requests for emergency orders and contact vendors to expedite orders when required
  • Identify problems and troubleshoot to communicate with vendors and follow through
  • Communicate purchase order procedures
