Job Description Job Description The Senior Environmental Designer develops creative solutions that align with our clients brand goals, objectives, and budget parameters. The Senior Environmental Designer also provides mentorship and guidance to other studio designers. If you have the talent and drive to work in our a fast-paced studio while creating three-dimensional brand statements that stand out in the face-to-face environment, we want youWhat youll do:Work collaboratively with client service teams as well as clients directly to define goals and objectives to establish guidelines for the success of each projectTranslate clients goals and objectives into compelling 3D brand statements and sell thedesign rationale to the client as well as internal teamsStay current with design trends, materials, technologies, and processes that promote competitive, innovation design environmentAttend production launches and deliver designs through accurate control drawings, material specs, renderings, and presentationsWork with estimating and production to meet established budgetsAttend weekly review meetings and creative group meetingsPresent concepts to clients with effective presentations, designs, and written materialsCommunicate with other members of the project team throughout the project to resolve reported problems, obtain additional information, and ensure timely executionRepresent design solutions by the following mediums: floor plans/space planningdimensioned control drawings as well as full-color renderingsstyle boards and material sample boardsanimated walkthroughsWhat wed love to see:A minimum of seven (7) years experience in 3D design in the trade show/event industry, or related field, is requiredStrong working knowledge of and experience with the following programs a must: 3D Studio MaxAdobe Creative SuiteMicrosoft Office SuiteAuto CADExperience in human health fields is a plus (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device)Above average ability to visualize and conceptualize in 3D spaceStrong problem solving and basic sketching skillsExcellent presentation and communication skillsKnowledge of fabrication techniques and materials standard of exhibit designAbility to work collaboratively and independentlyAbility to work on multiple projects with varied deadlines simultaneouslyAttention to detail with an eye for accuracyA bachelors degree in design or a related field, post-graduate education a plusCompany Description Access has been a leader in face-to-face marketing for four decades.
