Position Overview: We have a current opening for experienced CNC Operator. This role will operate CNC machines and equipment, prepare test runs to ensure a machine is working properly as well as inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities Load and unload raw materials and equipment Supervise machines as they run and make adjustments as needed Perform necessary maintenance and cleaning on equipment Inspect and measure finished parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Adhering to schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner Ability to work safely with tools & machinery Integrity and ability to work independently Essential duties as assigned Required Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience operating CNC lathe and mill machines is highly perferred Knowledge of 5 axis vertical and 4 axis horizontal mills and multi spindle/turret mill turn lathes a plus Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs unassisted. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or crouch.
