HR Generalist

Location: Lincoln, RI

Schedule: Monday-Friday days/ start and end time can vary

40 hrs/ week

Pay: $28/hr

2 yearsexperience with Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience without Bachelor's Degree

Position Summary

Provides coordination and administration of Human Resources services as assigned by the Vice President of Human Resources.

Work is performed with a high degree of independence and under the supervision and direction of the Vice President of Human Resources or his/her designee.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a health care, higher education, or human services nonprofit sector. Alternatively, a combination of relevant experience, including a minimum of five (5) years of HR experience may be substituted for degree.
