Responsibilities
- Interface with customers to resolve 1st and 2nd tier/escalated customer service issues.
- Investigate, analyze, coordinats and track moderately complex customer issues.
- Escalate issues for action as appropriate to more senior or specialized staff for immediate action.
- Create and maintain logs, reports, records and files.
- Make proactive calls to determine issues requiring close attention, identifies problems and works through to resolution.
- Receive orders, reconcile information, track on spreadsheets, and follow up with customers.
- Prepare customer billings, answer questions about billing, and coordinate resolution of billing issues with collections and/or other departments.
- Will be required to work onsite 1 day per week
