HR Business analyst is a solution provider who is responsible for determining the business requirements and translating them into the Workday system specification by streamlining the business process.The HR Business Analyst will focus on support, configuration, and maintenance of Workday. Core modules include HR/Payroll, Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance Management. The role will partner and collaborate with HR functional areas to understand business processes and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies through technology solutions, including identifying business requirements, designing processes, testing, and maintaining quality HR solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as a subject matter expert in managing and maintaining systems solutions that support the HR function including data maintenance and reporting needs and support overall organization and department operational goals.Provide technical support and serve as a subject matter expert to educate system end users on Workday functionality and ensure end users leverage Workday to the fullest capabilities.Analyze and document current HR processes and systems.Identify opportunities for process and system improvementsDrive innovation and process improvement to support long term human resources business goalsDevelop and maintain reports to support analytical and business needsMaintain all HR systems ongoing including upgrades, enhancements, and timely, effective day-to-day user support for all HR applications and tools, including complex troubleshooting and problem resolution.Drive innovation and process improvement to support long term human resources business goalsTrain HR staff on new processes and systemsMonitor effectiveness of new processes and systemsRequired SkillsProven work experience as a HR Business Analyst or similar roleExperience in HR processes and HRISAbility to analyze processes and dataStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of HR regulations and best practicesProficiency in MS Office and HR softwareEducational RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant fieldPreferred RequirementsExperience with HCM WorkdayBenefits for YouAt Silver Cross Hospital, we care about your health and well-being and that is why we work hard to provide quality and affordable benefit options for you and your eligible family members.
